Ontime Group’s Director of Costs Sharon Denby was delighted to undertake judging duties for the 2014 Claims Innovation Awards, held at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on 21st May.
Her fellow judges were other leading names in the legal sector and together they recognised the very best of the claims industry in categories such as Legal Services Team of the Year, Associated Industries Team of the Year and Client Care Initiative.
“I was honoured to be part of the judging panel at this prestigious event,” said Sharon. “The event was extremely well attended and reminded us all that post-Jackson, many businesses associated with the claims industry continue to thrive and grow.”
“I was heartened to see businesses finding innovative systems and strategies to adapt to the Jackson reforms but more than anything else to deliver excellent service to their clients. The standard of applicants were very high and I found it a very enjoyable and interesting experience.”
As proud sponsors of the awards, Ontime Group and guests were among the 300 attendees for an evening which celebrated the very best innovators and innovations in the profession.
Ontime Group’s Operations Director James Molloy presented the award for Legal Services Team of the Year 1-10 Partners to Karen Jackson and members of her victorious Roberts Jackson team.
