Medical Agency Senior Administrator
I joined the Ontime Reports team in June 2020 after helping out during lockdown. I moved to Ontime from our sister company Express Solicitors, where I was an administrative Coordinator in the New Client Team since starting in Dec 2016. I found the experience working with Express Solicitors invaluable having learned the systems used and built a good rapport with the staff and service users. I have used this experience to ensure I provide excellent customer service.
New systems within Ontime Reports due to the growth of the team and wider business meant a Records Team was born. I thought this would be ideally suited to me due to my previous experience working with client records so made the move to Ontime and became a Records Team Administrator thereafter being promoted to Senior Administrator.
My activities outside of work include my love of the great outdoors (which involves my 3 beautiful children). We do lots of camping, paddle boarding, wild swimming, cycling and I’ve recently joined a walking group who meets every week that was set up by one of my friends from Express Solicitors. I love animals too and often have any of my friend’s dogs if they need a sitter.
