I joined Ontime Reports in July 2021 and enjoy being a part of the team. Having worked in and around all things Personal Injury since 2012, I have experienced everything from establishing relationships with new clients and vetting their potential cases, to handling a caseload and helping injured clients reach a successful conclusion by recovering the damages that they are entitled to.
This knowledge lead me to the Medical Agency File Handler role and it is great to see a Personal Injury matter from the perspective of our role and has given me an understanding of what goes into gathering medical evidence for an injured client. With this, I have become more familiar with many medical terms and the variety of expertise that are required to assess a person’s needs.
The Ontime team are amazing to work with, and it is a privilege to be in a leadership role to share my experiences and bring ideas to the development of the processes we use on a daily basis.
In my spare time, I coach a team at a local grassroots football club and have enjoyed the challenges that this have presented over the years. As well as football, I enjoy following the NFL and hope to manage to get to see a game in America one day!
