Senior Medical Agency File Handler
I moved to Manchester in 2021 and it’s been nothing but an adventure! I have loved meeting new people and building so many memories in this city. I have always worked in customer service but working with Ontime has been the change that I needed. I started out as a file handler and was promoted within a year to Senior file handler which has been both challenging but rewarding. I am part of the OL/PL team who have been nothing but a great family to me. I have always felt welcomed and supported at Ontime and have built an amazing relationship with my team. Outside of work, I love writing (I published my first book in 2020), I love holding events for young women and love to encourage others as much as I can.
