Ontime Services

Ontime Reports offers 3 services for solicitors including: the production of medical reports, pagination, and claim investigation.

As well as these three core services, Ontime Reports also offer a number of complimentary therapies for clients that have sustained injuries.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

When it comes to personal injury and clinical negligence claims, most of us think immediately of physical injuries. Yet for many clients, psychological trauma following an accident or injury can be equally as devastating.

The team at Ontime Reports understand that personal injury and forms of medical negligence can also have a traumatic impact on those affected, as well as the friends and family closest to them. Ontime Reports cares about providing their clients with exceptional treatment and support beyond the claim process.

What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), also known as ‘the talking therapy’ has been proven to be one of the most effective forms of psychological therapy available. CBT aims to help people manage their problems by altering the way that they think and act. Studies have shown that CBT is an incredibly effective form of therapy for those who have been victims of personal injury or clinical negligence.

CBT can be used to treat a wide range of issues such as: Depression, Anxiety, Panic, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Low self-esteem, and Chronic pain.

Rehabilitation treatments such as CBT are an incredibly important part of recovery that can so often be overlooked. Ontime Reports understand that treatments such as this are vital in the speedy recovery of your client to their pre-accident health, which is why we are incredibly committed to providing expert rehabilitation services for all who require it.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy treatments can provide huge benefits to those who have been in an accident and suffered from soft tissue or musculoskeletal injuries. As part of our commitment to helping our clients rehabilitate, Ontime Reports is proud to provide expert physiotherapy sessions.

Ontime Reports will put you in contact with fully qualified physiotherapists who will assess your symptoms to discover and diagnose the problem and then formulate an appropriate treatment plan from there. This program will be expertly tailored to your precise individual needs.

Depending on the extent of your injuries, our physiotherapists can also provide you with guidance on how to go about your daily activities, including any additional exercises you can do to improve mobility.

Ontime Reports continue to support and help our clients after their case is over. Physiotherapy sessions are a great way for clients to get back on their feet and return to their normal lives as quickly as possible.

Medical Imaging

Once our detailed medical reports and medical histories have been reviewed by the expert, and they have examined by the client if necessary, they will often recommend that further evidence is required. This evidence, usually in the form of medical imaging, can be crucial to the success of a case as it can provide a more detailed look at the client’s injuries. This is especially helpful if the client has suffered unseen damage such as internal bleeding.

Ontime Reports can provide a variety of different forms of medical imaging including: X-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, Surgical photography, and Ultrasounds.

Gaining the additional medical evidence required to support your client’s case can be incredibly time consuming, when your efforts could be better spent on more important legal matters. Our excellent Ontime Reports team will do all of the legwork for you when it comes to arranging appointments and incorporating the evidence into your client’s medical report.
