I joined Ontime Reports Ltd in February 2019 as an Ontime File Handler managing a caseload of 300.
I am proud to offer excellent client care and understand exactly what is required to achieve this. I understand that communication is key and to always keep clients fully updated on the progression of our work on their cases.
In April 2023, I was promoted to Senior File Handler, and in 2024, to Medical Agency Team Leader. I appreciated this recognition of my hard work and commitment to client care.
I am mum to 3 children, who all have their own character and am very proud to talk about them. I have a keen interest in Diamond Art and Reading.
