Medical Agency Team Manager
I have worked at Ontime Reports since March 2018, beginning as a File Handler. I was promoted to Medical Expert Liaison Specialist Lead in July 2020, and in 2024, I became the Medical Agency Team Lead Manager. I enjoy liaising with the medical experts and building a strong working relationship with them and their secretaries. I find it particularly satisfying when we have been able to locate a suitable medical expert for a particularly tricky case and having the knowledge that we have made a positive impact on the client’s case and recovery.
I feel lucky to work with such a great bunch of people and I consider many of them my friends, not just colleagues. I am particularly proud of the Medical Expert Liaison (MELS) team and the growth we have undergone over the last couple of years and look forward to seeing where we go in the future!
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my Husband and dog Neo, as well as seeing friends and family. I enjoy holidaying in the sun, my favourite destination being Turkey. I also enjoy the odd pint in the pub!
